I've played just about every FPS game, starting with Doom... Now, you'll see me on MW2 & Black Ops on XBox, or MoH on PS3. Halo 3 is still in my arsenal, and I am debating joining the Halo Reach crowd soon as well. I just got sick and tired of having the games first, and then getting disappointed. If my friends buy a game and stick with it for at least 6 months, then I'll buy it! I don't mind being a little behind to begin with. I always catch up to them anyhow!
